Job brief
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele.The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.
Responsibilities:
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as opportunities.
Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails.
Presenting our company to potential clients.
Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate strategy/services.
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Recruitment team. Provide trustworthy feedback and after support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Develop entry level staff into valuable team.
Report to the CEO on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) results.
Stay up-to-date with Market knowledge, new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
Qualifications:
5 to 10 years of relevant experience ,Full-time/Contractual
BSc/BA/Associate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
Proficiency in MS Office.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent Communication and negotiation skills and Ability to build rapport.
Time management and planning skills.
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
Focused and goal-oriented.
