Job Description :
Position: Account Manager
Location: Tampa, FL & Seattle, WA (Multiple Locations)
Job Type: Full-Time

Roles and Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
· Effectively perform business development activities
· Conduct lead generation and cold calling
· Actively meet prospective and current clients
· Involve in recruiting and work alongside recruiting teams
· Involve in onboarding and delivery of employees and/or contractors to clients
· Review and participate in completion of contracts
· Attend networking and IT related events
· Utilize and manage CRM tools
· Create spreadsheets and reports
· Create PowerPoints for client presentations
· Create promotional material for business development purposes and company branding

Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 3-5+ years of Business Development experience in IT Staffing.
· 1-2+ years of IT recruiting experience
· Strong sales and marketing background
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong experience with Microsoft Office - Work, Excel, Outlook
· Excellent documentation and organization skills
· Ability to travel 10-20%

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
