Amtex has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager for our growing team in our NYC office.
We offer a full range of staff augmentation solutions including contract staffing and direct hire.
The Business Development Manager should come with a proven track record of achievement in the IT Staffing Industry.
We are interested in accomplished candidates who are driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented
- Forming relationships with the HR Managers, CTOs’, Sourcing/procurement teams to become a preferred staffing provider of technical and Business resources
Identifying new business opportunities in IT Staffing
Prospecting clients, researching on Social Media/Linked in
Adept in the art of cold calling
Communicating, Meeting and closing clients
Understanding technology/ job requisitions
Working closely with Recruiting team for closing and delivery
