Responsible for selling Product Engineering Services, including Analytics, Cloud, Web applications, Mobility, IoT, Hardware and Embedded offerings into the Pacific Northest market
One of the top objectives of this role would be to build on nurture and grow the relationship with Microsoft – primary focus will be to sell into Microsoft
Developing Account Plans/Strategies to meet jointly agreed business goals
Responsible for all facets of business development from generating leads to closing deals
Responsible for coordinating sales efforts across a cross-functional team mapping and interacting with Technology buyers - CTOs and VP-Engineering
Exposure to penetrating and expanding into large accounts
Will need to act as the strategic conduit between Customer and various Happiest Minds functions like Delivery, Practice, Domain etc.
Candidate profile:
BE/MBA with atleast the last 4-5 years selling software solutions in the Product Engineering space and strong Account Management Experience in Microsoft
Strong track record in acquiring new customer logos and negotiation skills, including advanced sales knowledge
Prior experience in selling to both Software Product companies (ISVs and platforms) and ERnD ( Storage, Networking, Automotive, Industrial, Building Automation)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft as an organization and a have an existing netork that can be keveraged
Track record of growing accounts from scratch
Must be comfortable working with executive management as well as articulating strategy, solutions and services
Analytical and negotiation skills, ability to synthesize complex technical, business, and legal issues to apply that knowledge at solving problems and executing action plans.
Knowledge of market trends, industry participants, new technologies & business models
