Job Description :
Develop a sales plan that aligns with the company’s strategic sales plan and revenue goals
Lead generation, pipeline development and closing new business (client staffing
contracts), both as a “doer” and a “leader”
Continue to develop and implement a structured, effective sales process
Meet company established sales metrics
Report on KPI’s tied to demand and lead generation, closure (placements) and revenue.
