The Business Development Associate will lead all top of the funnel activities for our B2B business, and work closely with Kinsa’s CEO and B2B Sales & Marketing team to bring deals from prospect to close. We are looking for a self-motivated, high-achieving professional with sound business smarts, sales aptitude, and natural curiosity to join our team. The ideal candidate is a hunter with demonstrated success in a lead generation or inside sales role and desire to take on more ownership in a fast paced environment. You will have an opportunity to grow your skillset across a breadth of marketing and sales activities, and contribute directly to our topline growth.

What You’ll Do:

Drive new business by identifying, qualifying and developing new sales & partnership opportunities for Kinsa
Collaborate closely with the rest of the B2B Sales & Marketing team to develop and execute creative outreach campaigns
Prospect aggressively to develop new business partners through networking, referrals, outbound emails and cold calling
Develop thought capital (e.g. blog posts & product marketing materials) to educate the market on Kinsa’s offerings and build brand awareness
Manage the first stages of the Sales pipeline by performing initial outreach and nurturing leads through various outbound channels
Develop best practices and efficient processes for growing our B2B pipeline

What We Look For:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
1-2 years of prior work experience in an enterprise lead generation or inside sales roles at a enterprise software (e.g. Salesforce, LinkedIn) or professional services organization (e.g. GLG)
Solid understanding of enterprise lead generation & sales fundamentals
Experience with CRM and marketing / lead gen software
Deep interest gaining experience in enterprise sales
Experience speaking to top executives about adopting new technologies
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
Strong analytical & problem solving skills
Keen sense of ownership, grit, and creativity
