Requirements

Proven IT sales /business development experience
Develop new business relationships via telephone and mass communication to introduce the Libsys Inc. and identify potential clients within the target market
Scheduling appointments (phone or in-person) between prospects and assigned sales representatives to introduce our services and educate the prospect on the value of our services
Strong strategist with a client retention focus
Proven experience in growing and managing a large account team
Establish and maintain a solid networking pipeline in the surrounding territory
Must be willing and able to travel to client facilities, company offices, and vendor facilities
Strong sales presentation, persuasion, and closing skills
Demonstrated organizational and planning skills
Ability to effectively work autonomously with minimal management direction
Effective rapport-building and relationship management skills
Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities

Expand Libsys staff augmentation presence and acquire new customers.
Maintain a qualified pipeline of prospects sufficient to achieve assigned targets or exceed targets.
Establish relationships at appropriate client levels to identify strategic / technology IT staffing needs.
Assist with the negotiations of contracts per company policies.
Planning, exhibiting and attending industry trade shows, conferences and other related sales
Prepare sales reports as requested by Management.
Provide necessary services and resources to implement the solution. Identify and manage vendor relations, corporate clients and give sales presentations / seminars to increase customer base.
