Business Initiative/Purpose:
client is seeking individuals with experience with Data Analysis in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to join our Security Operations team. We are especially interested in talking with you if you have experience in the Financial Services industry.

Must Have Skills:
- Experience analyzing data to understand how best to meet business requirements. Understand the structures, usage and sources of data including data about applications, assets, and users. Understand the context in which data is used within the business and match business requirements to the sources of data within and between systems.
- Experience developing data quality plans to address data quality issues; work with business partners to build business understanding of data issues. Define data validation rules / standards.
- Understanding data element naming consistent with standards and conventions and ensure that data dictionaries are maintained across multiple database environments (e.g., host based, client server, distributed systems, Web and e-commerce
Plus/Nice To Have Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Knowledge in information systems and ability to apply that knowledge in practice. Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to clearly & concisely communicate complex, technical information to non-technical audiences is required
- Proficiency in MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Word
Prior Experience / Skills Needed:
- Bachelor''s degree and 5 years of experience with data analysis or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Responsibilities:
Support the Identity and Access Management teams in analyzing data to understand how best to meet business requirements. Understand the structures, usage and sources of data including data about applications, assets, and users.
Understand the context in which data is used within the business and match business requirements to the sources of data within and between systems. Work with team to establish and maintain consistent data element definitions across computing environments. Work with Business Analysts, Solutions Architects, and Systems Analysts to design and analyze data models. Define data quality plans to address data quality issues; work with business partners to build business understanding of data issues. Provide data element naming consistent with standards and conventions and ensure that data dictionaries are maintained across multiple database environments (e.g., host based, client server, distributed systems, Web and e-commerce Help analyze impact of proposed solution across technology or existing technology platforms. Manage individual workload and deliver to agreed upon project milestones.
