Essential Excellent data analysis and reporting skills Understanding and demonstrable experience of Business Analysis experience Strong Business and Financial analysis Strong business acument Proven analytical and conceptual expertise, particularly from unstructured, incomplete and disparate data sets Proactive mindset able to think through challenges of large data sets in multi-tier environments Experience working in a Google business environment using Google applications preferred Knowledgeable in formal project lifecycles and methodologies e.g. Prince2, Agile Be proactive in suggesting new ways of interpreting data and be able to scrutinise data under different lenses Develop and improve current reporting processes and tools to make critical information more readily available and as accurate as possible The role will have oversight but will be expected to act with some degree of latitude, able to take ownership and is comfortable driving work to completion without heavy management.

Technology Operations - Global Workplace Services team is simplifying how Client employees work, by introducing a new, globally consistent communications and collaborations platform, which will be delivered over the next 15 months. It will help unite employees around the world, enabling us to operate as a truly global organization, and ensure that Client is fit for the future.
The role will be responsible for:
Own and drive data mapping exercises - i.e. technology costs to business units in collaboration with business units
Support programme lead with spreadsheet data management
Own and manage the process of updating user data in spreadsheets
Develop relationships with LOB and technology teams to ensure data quality
Data assurance point of contact
Data manipulation, analysis and reporting
Provide ad hoc data analysis for the programme
Maintenance of key reporting data
The role will be accountable to the Programme Lead but will take direction from various project managers throughout the life of the contract.
