Job Description
Experience required: >13 years
Experience kicking off a program/project working from initiation phase
Establish principles and governing policies working with partners and executives based on corporate vision and direction
Recommend and Define Enterprise business models for as-is and desired target state
Identify process improvement opportunities at a program level and present recommendations
Involve during program vision stage and guide team towards defining program priorities. Define program success criteria
Strong understanding of Insurance and benefits administration domain
In depth experience creating models like process models, context diagrams, process hierarchy, program outcomes
Effective communication and presentation skills to able to interact with executive leadership and other senior management stakeholders
