One role - Identify current state of data sources and integration model associated with these data sources. Includes identifying model attributes/triggers; program integration needs; and system integration points/needs

Skills and Experience Required:
Both - Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and systems, and participate in development of solutions to improve or further leverage these functions. Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed initiatives to aid decision-making process as well as collect and analyze data in support of business case creation and realization.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to understand the stakeholder's business culture and priorities to effectively identify business problems, assess proposed solutions, and represent the needs of stakeholders
2. Excel in all areas of requirements analysis, leveraging appropriate company and industry approaches and modeling techniques to gather requirements, document them according to corporate standards and procedures, and prioritize them for assigned areas
3. Maintain the group focus, lead meetings toward stated goals and manage the group dynamics in facilitating requirements gathering and review sessions, including writing Agile epics and user stories
4. Build, sustain, and leverage professional business relationships when gathering, validating and approving requirements
5. Remain impartial in requirements discussions and confirm understanding by all parties involved when validating requirements
6. Recognize inconsistencies and gaps in a complex business process
7. Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project’s lifecycle
8. Assist the development teams in understanding and elaborating requirements and transitioning them into a comprehensive solution
9. Assist with the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing
