Job Description:

Conducts business process analyses and needs assessments in an effort to align information technology solutions with the business initiatives. Prepares functional, system and programming specifications using industry accepted practices. Participates in application testing and acceptance to ensure business community’s needs are met. Facilitate business process work group session, document findings and assimilates recommendations for process improvements. Acts as second and third level support for production incidents and provides assistance in troubleshooting and close out of reported issues. Maintains records of difficulties encountered by systems users, reviews and collects related data, and provides such data to be used in correcting and/or modifying the programs involved.

Environment: Team Foundation Server (TFS/VSTS), MS Visio, MS Office Suite.
