Job Description :
Responsible for Workday HCM configurations, upgrades, security and support. Consults with stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organization and recommend Workday solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Ensure alignment and awareness of future Workday functionality releases, and ensure successful implementation. Execute mass changes such as re-organizations, acquisitions, or divestitures.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain configuration of the core Workday system including organizations and security and business processes relating to the core system.
Partner with HRIS to review and test applicable system integrations, as required.
Continually research, test and stay up to date on all Workday updates and fixes, including performing system testing for Workday delivered twice a year releases.
Project manage work activities associated with biannual Workday releases, as needed
Maintain up to date documentation on all system configurations
Execute mass data changes in core system (i.e., EIBs), ensuring highest level of data integrity and customer service orientation
Upload yearly budgeted positions; audit/review positions with regular report out; communicate to the business as needed; maintain position management business processes.
Support acquisition and divestiture activities in managing worker data records, organizations, security and related business processes.
Participate in required SOX audit.
Communicate to internal customers regarding Workday features and functionality.
Ensure internal customer issues and requests are addressed within defined SLA’s.

Education, Experience & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree required with experience in human resources, business analysis, information systems or a related field required.
A Workday certification in HCM preferred
Typically requires 7+ years of experience
