Job Description
1. Clear understanding and Experience in Supply Chain Domain, Technology, Tools, Processes Semi Industry.
2. Supply chain management, demand forecasting / management, order management, order fulfillment, price management, product samples management
3. Extensive Support Experience, Help business users with resolving tickets. explain business process. Service now tool
4. Must have worked on gathering business requirements from business users and transform them into system requirement, AS IS and TO BE business process, business process flow, system and data flow.
5. Hands On experience on Quote, Rebate, POS Modules – Mode LN,
6. Strong SQL skills in SQL server environment. Must be able to read complex stored procedures with multiple table joins, comprehend, and isolate areas problems. Not required to write code to correct the problem.
