Job Description
Currently, we are seeking a Business Analyst, with State Provider Registry experience, to work at our Raleigh, NC location.

Position Description:
Contribute to the entire implementation process.
Drive definition of improvements based on business need and architectural improvements.
Responsible for overall solution design, build and test, root cause analysis, advanced performance tuning, and complex business processes and functionalities.
Consult with users to identify current operating procedures, and to clarify program objectives.
May be expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Write manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures.
Perform system wide data auditing and reconciliation.
Interact with Client and partners to implement data exchange of Registry.
Ability to identify and understand the industry dynamics of Provider Registry, Meaningful Use, etc.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience, which must include knowledge and understanding of Health Information Interoperability, Functionality, Benefits, and Capabilities.
Previous experience in Meaningful Use / State Provider Registry implementation, use, and data formats.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree.
