Business Analyst:

· Working on requirement gathering, business requirement document with necessary Use Case Specifications and flow diagram, document & design reviews and business acceptance testing of the implementations

· End to End analysis of new requirements and/or enhancements to lead to bug free functionalities

· Meet with IT stakeholder & team to share all of the involved business process & requirements and document the same in a Business Requirements Document (BRD) for SDLC implementations

· Draft user stories w/ acceptance criteria and UI prototypes for Agile team

· As an analyst act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT team.

· Propose more than one scalable solution design to cater to the requirements and present them all in the business specifications document. This allows IT team to consider the best way out for Implementing a solution with best available technical resources.

· Design & Implement solutions to implement system controlled and customizable business processes using PEGA integration with Web based applications

· Set up, Training & Socialization of new business process and functional implementations/changes

· Identify, Analyze and Solution new Customer Experience Improvements

· End to End business analysis and deliverable for constant improvement of existing business operations and processes only to improve licensing customer experience and customer satisfaction.

· Design help content, documentation and videos for end user training and education
