Job Title: Business Analyst with RFP experience

Required Skills:

· Four (4) years’ verifiable and demonstrable experience working directly with end-users to define and document requirements and provide technical advice and assistance in a large-scale environment.

· Three (3) years’ verifiable and demonstrable experience interviewing non-technical end users to determine and document current business process flows.

· Three (3) years’ verifiable and demonstrable experience writing RFP’s

· Two (2) years’ verifiable and demonstrable experience in Business Process Re-engineering and Business Analysis (BA) documentation.

· Prefer Extensive knowledge of the IRP business rules and processes (candidate must be considered an IRP BA

· Needs to be able to transfer BA knowledge to staff.

· Ability to multi- task and meet aggressive deadlines.

· Pay detail attention to requirement changes. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative agile environment.

· Prefer Two (2) years’ verifiable and demonstrable experience with the IRP business rules and processes.

Job Description:

BA4 to support the creation and execution of an RFP to support the International Registration Plan (IRP) for the State of Ohio. BA5 will gather and document IRP functional requirements, validate existing requirements, evaluate Ohio’s requirements against standard IRP rules, and create the necessary as-is and to-be process flows to support the process. This resource will serve as an BA4 for the IRP. Additionally, if this resource is not part of an organization that could potential provide a response to the IRP RFP, they will assist in the creation of a scoring matrix which RFP respondents will be measured against and assist in the scoring of each RFP response. Finally, based on funding availability, this resource will also assist in the implementation of the IRP solution.
