Position Title: Business Analyst (Certification Preferred)

Dynamic Interactive Business Systems Inc. is looking for a Business Analyst for its Direct Client in Springfield, IL.
Requirements (All Mandatory):-
Experience with CASE MANAGEMENT & TICKETING SYSTEM ARE HIGHLY REQUIRED
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive business analysis experience, with BA certification preferred.
Minimum five (5) years of experience building effective relationships with IT and business leaders, project team members and project stakeholders.
Minimum of five (5) years driving the delivery of requirements documentation through business analysis in the form of use cases or user stories.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience modeling current and future state using business process modeling.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience using TopTeam Analyst or similar requirements management tool.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or related field.
