We are currently seeking a Business Analyst who will be responsible for understanding, documenting, supporting and analyzing the systems and procedures that support the business functions performed by our clients. The ideal candidate will be the bridge between business ideas and business capabilities, which includes articulating, creating and scoping changes and optimizations to business processes.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical person to join our busy team. We are a fast-paced, creative group of people. Prior business analyst experience is preferred. Insurance industry or knowledge of the health insurance and benefit enrollment processes is not required, but a definite bonus. Other desirable qualities include strong writing skills, problem-solving, and ability to self-manage.
