REQUIRED SKILLS:
Work with BI tools, internal customers and vendors (in coordination with the technical team) to meet reporting needs, report and resolve specific application issues or to seek information on new or changed vendor system functionality.
Drive BI and data analytic processes and technology improvement initiatives.
Use data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business.
Manage ticket queue, review tickets, assure correct team is assigned to resolve, obtain additional information from customer
Experience using BI tools such as WebFocus, Denodo, Talend, ER Studio a plus.
Experience in the healthcare industry is a must.
Experience working on Database
Experience in ETL/Informatica tools and projects
Advanced knowledge in SQL and SSIS
Proficient at queries and report writing.
Familiarity regarding data models and database design development helpful.
Ability to prepare reports and statistical data in designed formats.
Serves as technical and subject matter expert for initiatives involving the Medicare line of business.
Data mapping, including the creation of file specifications; source to target mapping
Testing, including the creation of test scenarios, test data and understanding of outcomes
