Role: Business Analyst
Location: Melville, NY
Terms: 3 months contract to hire

Skills
- 8+ years of business requirement analysis experience for Enterprise Data Warehouse and BI projects
- Business Analysis skill
- Experience in BI / DW tools
- Understanding of RDBMS technologies like SQL Server
- Proficient with SQL
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint)
- Ability to multitask projects and prioritize tasks
- Salesforce experience added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with offshore and customer team from requirement till deployment
- Work and support during UAT and make sure deliverable are 100% defect free before delivering to customer
- Work closely with Customer team and BI team to gather business requirements
- Facilitate requirements meetings, as needed
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business users in a clear and concise manner
- Maintain and update all requirements into user stories, ensuring adherence to business standards and best practices
- Collaborate with IT developers and Project Manager to ensure project requirements/requests for changes are understood and within standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills
