Should have an understanding of Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce and CRM
Should have worked in Sitecore
Good understanding of digital landscape and be able to suggest strategy on how to make future changes to the brands digital strategy
Understanding of catalog, products, promotions
Awareness of SEO
Understanding RWD based site design
Experience in interacting with business users to understand the business strategy and work with the development team to bring this to life
Ability to create use cases / functional specification documents
Ability to review the test cases
Ability to deliver business user trainings
Soft Skills
Good communication and written skills
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Should be an excellent team player
Ability to work with cross functional teams like 3d parties and customer
