Role : Business Analyst with Commercial marketing
Location : Summit, NJ (Local and F2F)
Duration : Long term
Rate range : $70hr - $90hr, C2C

Candidate need to Have Pharma and Biotech domain experience.


This role is for a Business Analyst/Partner to support the Commercial Marketing team. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and maintaining Commercial and IT relationships, execute projects, compose documentation and work with internal IT members to ensure rapid and accurate delivery. With a rapidly changing Commercial landscape, the business partner will be responsible for demand shaping, demand planning and are executed in alignment with business and IT strategy to support client mission. This individual will be will be involved in different discussions across IT and business stakeholders, often requiring her/him to collaborate with various IT and/or Commercial business contacts throughout the digital lifecycles.


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Build relationships with business stakeholders and engage them to:
o Establish rapport, guide decision-making and influence outcomes as they relate to technology and information investments
o Understand their processes and challenges, and appropriately link them to solutions that will streamline their business (technology and non-technology)
o Deliver presentations to enable decision makers to make informed decisions
o Understand the specific goals for each business department


Define and build strategic roadmaps in collaboration with Commercial & IT teams, and align it to the overall enterprise goals. Work with stakeholders to assist with overall Commercial planning where appropriate.

Liaise with IT teams to:
o Plan, manage and prioritize initiatives
o Drive problem diagnosis and resolution management

Actively provide direction and support to:
Prioritize new project demand and business as usual (BAU) initiatives
Provide tactical and strategic management of IT initiatives
Promote Celgene IT values, services and effectiveness to the broader constituents

Scope:

Span of Control – May interact with all functions across Hem/Onc Commercial and all areas of IT delivery. Will provide guidance to contractors and vendor management as well as organize and work with our IT colleagues.

Interacts w/ - IT Directors, IT Service Leads, External Business Partners, Vendors and service providers.


Skills/Knowledge Required:

Greater than 10 years’ IT experience in a variety of technical and analyst roles.
7+ years working with Pharma/Bio Commercial teams
7+ years of analyst experience with full lifecycle using various SDLC methodologies
7+ years business analyst/project management experience
Subject matter expertise in processes supporting Commercial Marketing
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong writing and documentation skills
