Job Description :
We are looking for a contract resource in the Bay Area who has skills as a Business Analyst and experience working on chatbot projects. One who has been through the process of building a chatbot platform, or at least using a chatbot platform to create conversational experiences. Understanding of the core concepts around utterances, intents and entities, and who can create requirements documents, use cases, user stories, etc.
