Job Description :
The Business Analyst will be responsible for refining and improving the Salesforce CRM strategy for our Big Jet business operations for our client. This person will have a strong understanding of customer and business needs and will work to define the product roadmap and establish product priories. The Business Analyst will be a digital expert and responsible for developing epics and user stories while partnering with internal business/technical units to ensure the success of the Salesforce CRM program.

Essential Functions

· Strategy and Vision: Drive Big Jet digital strategy and requirements by partnering with the Operations and key stakeholders to model, design, and help build digital solutions in Salesforce/Itinerary systems

· Prioritization: Collaborate with and work alongside stakeholders and internal customers to understand their process, team objectives, and prioritize solution development

· Design: Research new features based on user needs and user interviews. Proactively seek out ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to individual teams and to the larger business

· Adoption and Support: Contribute to adoption by improving the user experience through standardization, documentation, training and ongoing usability improvement initiatives

· Partnerships: Build strong partnerships with direct stakeholders and internal customers through collaboration and the development of CRM capabilities that align with business goals



Qualifications

· Proven track record of developing Salesforce solutions

· 5+ Years business analyst experience

· 5+ years Salesforce experience or equivalent CRM, Salesforce Admin certification a plus

· Demonstrated ability to develop new processes and technical solutions

· A strong passion for technology

· Pardot experience a plus
