Job Description:
Responsible for development and documentation of ITS business processes and practices, standard work instructions, communications documentation, executive brief documents, and other key documents in support of IT work practices and continuous improvement

This person will facilitate working sessions using targeted facilitation and advanced continuous improvement (CI) modeling techniques.

Will work in a highly collaborative, cross functional team on various process and project activities.

Ability to strategize and design visual concepts as well as instructional documents for IT processes as standard work processes.

Proven ability with continuous improvement projects. Proven ability and knowledge of Continuous Improvement Maturity Model (CIMM) standard practices in process design, problem solving, sharing lessons learned and teach others by coaching. Ability to support Standard Delivery Methodology practices following Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI

Ability to conduct research, write process and procedure documentation.

Broad understanding of analysis and IT industry, e.g. industry standards, support services, architectures, systems design, and systems integration and solid knowledge of analysis and accepted IT processes and methodologies.

Creative problem solving skills and ability to effectively communicate and translate feedback, needs and solutions. Must have strong teamwork orientation and the ability to foster collaboration within and across teams.

Bachelor degree in an information technology-related discipline; other non-Information Technology degrees will be considered.

Knowledge and capabilities typically acquired through 6+ years of Information Technology related experience.

Six Sigma Greenbelt certification preferred.
