Role: Business Analyst
Location: Teaneck, NJ
Duration: 3 months
Rate: $Market/hr All Inc
Excellent communication skills
Experience in .Net, SQL, VBSCRIPT , MACRO, BATCH files, windows scripting , PowerShell
Providing L1 and L2 support for Traffic Applications (Counterpoint, OSi, Pickle, WideOrbit) and any additional applications that integrate with these Traffic Applications
Coordination with Univision teams, customers and third party consultants and vendors
Participating in outage calls, conference bridges and meetings to manage resolutions requirement and propose cost effective solutions
Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance
Coordinate with external support teams like DBA, Web-ops, Server Engineering, Citrix, etc. for any application related requests
Review of Design, Test Cases and source code
Coordinate releases and Implement the developed product in client location
Application and script development and execution
Create procedural and other documentation as needed
Provide application training as needed
