Job Description :
The business analyst provides support to the Product Owner and Scrum team members in the End User Services, Client Services area. They provide hands-on support in documenting processes, managing and reporting on day to day activities, submitting and tracking requests, as well as supporting non-project tasks.

Responsibilities may include:

1. Receive a potentially unclear one-time request and work with subject matter experts to identify the next steps to resolve the request.
2. Coordinate meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow-up on all action items for meeting with multiple IS members, business users and business partners.
3. Forecast, notify, and follow-up with the project leads, product owners, and management for outstanding issue status, business unit requests, and any issues that arise in the certification workstream.
4. Support submitting helpdesk tickets/requests and following up to ensure they are completed by the needed dates.
5. Gathering information from users to document

· Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum process, language and ceremonies
· 3-5 years of Agile delivery experience
· Preferred - 2-5 Years of traditional of traditional/SDLC experience
· CSM, PSM, or ACP or any other Scrum Master agile certification
· Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
· Must have ability to organize multiple projects, issues, and requests
· Experience with Jira
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Visio
· Effectively works within a team
