Description:
Experience using RPA tool for business process automation
Work with the clients Business and IT teams that achieves the desired Business Outcomes through RPA
Work with the clients Business on identifying opportunities to integrate, automate and orchestrate applications to execute a business processes using Robotic Automation and other digitization technologies like OCR, BPM, and Cognitive etc.
Ability to audit BPA engagements across clients and suggest improvements
Assist in identifying, analyzing and scoring candidate processes for automation and effectively communicating the scoring outcomes
Understands architecture principles for RPA implementations
Keep track of RPA Vendor platform releases and suggest clients on upgrades and modernization
Client facing requirements gathering to capture as-is process and map to-be process vision
Prepare Automation business case, highlighting benefits and ROI
Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign
Coach the RPA delivery teams during all phases to explainclarify the business process flow
