Business Analyst
Duration: 12 months plus
Location: Philadelphia PA
Interview: Face2Face

Coordinate & facilitate meetings such as business process & fit-gap reviews, taking detailed meeting minutes
Captures Risks, Action Items, Issues, and Decisions (RAID Items) from meeting
Manage & monitor RAID items using JIRA
Document & develop business process flows, process maps and procedures
Develop & maintain project data, documents & project presentations
Maintain existing documents & project plans with requested updates
Perform analysis of RFP requirements
Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
Participate with data cleanup & validation exercises
Attend Program Management Office meetings

Experience in process mapping using Visio and documenting written procedures
Ability to handle multiple assignments, work on multiple tasks/projects at the same time
Must be well organized & flexible to change direction / priorities quickly
Ability to work as an effective team member in support of the team objectives
Must be able to work independently in completing assigned duties
Previous demonstrated experience in technical projects and documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
Possess a demonstrated high level of analytical and technical problem-solving skills
Project management skills with proven ability to multi-task and set priorities to meet customer expectations
Experienced at interacting with technical & non-technical individuals at all levels including upper management, faculty & students
Perform business and system analysis; document business & system processes, specifications and necessary documentation to assist in delivering technology solutions to the business users
