Supporting and implementing various development projects
Effectively undertake the requirement elicitation, document and analysis, solution design, testing definition and execution
Document the enhancement recommendations from project managers and business stakeholders and evaluate site design and functionality
Effectively analyze and monitor the services, market trends, and customer requirements
Interact with the business users and work close with them to understand their business needs and opportunities
Effectively carry out the translation of business requirements into functional specifications to satisfy the business needs and necessary system modifications
Undertake conversion of data to the new system and work with the application support personnel for the implementation of system software
Coordinate effectively with the stakeholders and technical staff
Strong story-telling & articulation skills ability to convert analytical output into clear, concise, and persuasive insights & recommendations for technical & non-technical audience.
Provide solutions but not limited to : Customer Segmentation & Targeting, Propensity Modelling, Churn Modelling, Lifetime Value Estimation, Forecasting, Recommender Systems, Modelling Response to Incentives, Marketing Mix Optimization, Price Optimization, Performance Marketing dashboards etc
Creating business dashboards for Business heads
Designing and implementing the analytical projects for insights which drive the business goals and decisions (Ex: How to improve Order value, how to improve conversions etc)
Defining & Tracking metrics which help evaluate the health of business
Mentoring & Planning the work of Business analysts
Use market research, customer feedback, and web analytic data to understand customer and business needs and identify new opportunities to define and periodically refine a product roadmap.
