Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Business Analyst on large initiatives in a Property Casualty (P&C) company. The successful candidate will work synergistically with the core delivery team to define, develop and implement business application solutions. This individual must have strong communication skills and business acumen as well as knowledge of the formal Software Development methodologies incl. Agile Methodology. Ability to understand and write database queries are preferred.
Technical skills like, Querying in MS SQL and Strong MS Office skills
Knowledge of the SDLC methodologies (Agile, Incremental and Waterfall), Agile experience
