Job Title : Business Analyst
Location: Houston, TX

Requisition Details: -
5+ years of Oil & Gas industry domain knowledge
Day-to-day application support to include monitoring, user access, support triage, incident resolution and change management through Client''s ITSM processes.
Maintain application and component inventory per Client requirements.
Evergreen Security compliance, through either direct-performance or validation of tasks performed by the central team.
Responsible for documenting, developing and finalizing business and functional requirements.
Maintain process documentation as related to application support, functional specifications, end-user training materials and standard operating procedures.
Maintain documentation as related to system context, data flow and source-to-target.
Provide input into the prioritization, annual delivery plan, release calendar, and process improvement opportunities
Coordinate with application owners/vendors for bug fixes
Perform application compliance assessment and mitigation based on Company information protection policy, standards, and controls.
Coordinate and provide input on outage and end-user communications.
Perform technical impact analysis and coordinate among IT organization for change implementation.
