7+ Years of Experience as a Business Analyst in Traditional Waterfall and Agile Environment, Preferable in Health Care/ Manufacturing Domain
Sound Knowledge and Experience on Manufacturing Practices, GXP Documentation and ELC\SDLC Processes
Define User Stories/Requirements (Enter in Jira/Confluence) while Managing/Grooming Backlog and Roadmap
Facilitate Business Workshops
Prioritize Backlog Items into Relevant Sprints
Work with Development, User Experience and Validation Team to Estimate Effort for Each Story and Indicate Dependencies/Related Requirements
Collaborate with UX to Create/Refine Personas, User Stories and Scenarios
Identify Data Sources and High-Level Mapping
Convey the Vision and Goals at the Beginning of Every Release and Sprint
Communicates Status Externally
End User Training
Support Deployment of Releases
