Act as key participants in the data collection, analysis and transformation process. Successful candidates will possess strong skills in statistical analysis, MS Excel and/or database processing.


Review historical call data (calls received, calls answered, associated metrics) and conduct regression/correlation analysis to validate and refine current workload forecast model
Assist with development of new labor reporting/dashboards (related to projected call volume, key metrics and headcount)

Basic Qualifications:
High proficiency with Tableau
Experience/Knowledge of model techniques and methods
Experience with SQL
Experience with Modeling, Data collection and Fiscal Analysis
Forecasting experience
Required Education Four-year degree in field such as Information Technology
Preferred Education Master''s degree
