Position: Business Analyst
Location: Troy, MI

Job Description:
Consult with clients on business requirements and participate in the planning, preparation, execution, and reporting of testing activities and results.
Document and maintain test strategy, test plans, test scripts/cases.
Lead and participate in test execution, producing test run reports with documented evidence.
Make achievable commitments that are aligned with resource, budget, and time constraints; manage execution to deliver on commitments
Review new build and change activities and identify steps to reach/maintain system in validated state.
Basic knowledge of RDBMS and writing SQL queries is needed.
Manage integration testing timelines, status, and open items log
Participate in ensuring data integrity through the development of automated data audit processes
Develop comprehensive test plans by working with implementation team.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
Execute responsibilities in accordance with policies and procedures, taking personal responsibility to drive continuous improvement of processes.
Execute on special assignments as assigned by manager
