Job Description :
We are currently seeking a Business Analyst/Tester who can provide functional and technical in-depth analyses and testing for large scale IT systems. The candidate will regularly work under deadlines, must be capable of handling extreme workloads and act independently with only general direction. The candidate must demonstrate high levels of knowledge with business analyst/testing skills for IS methodologies and processes including the Project Life Cycle, System Development Life Cycle and Change Management. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Products, Team Foundation Server and SQL. Knowledge of DCBS and DMS Medicaid policy or Human Services Policy background is preferred but not required.



The Business Analyst/Tester will be a member of a team who will be responsible for:

· Writing test plans and testing critical eligibility applications during all phases of systems development.

· Assist with providing smoke testing and support after production releases.

Troubleshoot applications and/or interfaces as problems arise.

· Assist with reviewing data fixes on a routine basis.

Make recommendations concerning operations, problems and issues in the systems environment.

· Work with the user communities and vendors to meet implementation timeline.

· Administer communication activities as needed
