Job Description :
Strong business requirements analysis skills including conducting the
business requirements sessions and documentations.

· 3 - 5 years or more experience – technical/IT experience is a must

eCommerce application experience preferred

· Partner with internal and external stakeholders to lead
solution discovery sessions with stakeholders and subject matter
experts to elicit business and functional requirements. Take ownership
for business and functional requirements from creation through
solution delivery.

· Analyze current-state business processes and recommend
future-state improved business processes.

· Serve as the point of contact during Design and Development,
working through data and design questions/issues as they arise.

· Partner with Project Manager and provide input regarding
risks, schedule, scope, and cost tradeoffs.

· Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding all
functions/modules of the hybris-based applications.

· Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and create/manage execution
of test plans.

· Communicate business needs to the technical team and
simplify/communicate complex technical information for the business
stakeholders.

· Translate business requirements into System Specifications and
assist with QAT and Integration Testing.

· Support the change management process through impact analysis
and cost/benefit analysis.

· Play a key role in the Change Management Process.

· Develop and lead end-user and/or train-the-trainer training.

· Support the team with articulating data requirements and data
quality standards.

· Lead and/or participate in special projects as requested by
the Senior Manager of Digital Applications
