Business Analyst/Solutions Architect

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Cross Channel Experience IT Team. As a ''Solution designer'' for Case Management & CIPS, ensure effectiveness in the role at each stage mentioned below
Ensure business aligns stories to features
Derive pragmatic roadmap at feature level with realistic scope & timelines
Allocate & reprioritize capacity if required
Identify, Measure & track KPI’s for key features
Release level
Ensure Features are aligned to a release based on team velocity & road map.
Collaborate to plan user stories to be implemented for a release
Coordinate with externals, Dev, ST & UAT teams to ensure successful features implementation
Participate in Go/NoGo decisions
Iteration Implementation:
Lead grooming sessions with VTF/Scrum master to identify Cross Channel impacts
Orchestrate solutions architecture & Define customer journey maps.
Provide Estimates for stories in alignment with Dev & System test.
Iteration planning : Accept user stories into iteration based on team velocity.
Coordinate across teams to drive working software implementation
Facilitate Demo session to view working software, track feedback until closure
Participate in retrospectives & drive actions to work on opportunities.
Daily Execution
Assign & Track subtasks, Facilitate issue resolutions to ensure on target
Participate/Facilitate Daily Touch points to communicate/resolve roadblocks
Ensure confluence reflects appropriate status


Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
PEGA Business Architect certification
Knowledge of Gsuite & Confluence, Jira, Clarity.


A Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science.
Experience with IT applications either in a functional or technical role.
Knowledge of Care and/or Sales systems.
Successful record of implementing changes and managing teams.
Experience running mid - to large-scale projects.
Story grooming and release planning experience.
Knowledge of applications written in Java / J2EE, SDLC, Web Service, and XML technologies.
Strong knowledge of applicable methodologies, tools, standards, and procedures.
Demonstrated decision-making and leadership abilities.
Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
Agile/Scrum Certified.
