DTS is looking for Business Analyst (Sharepoint) for a long term contract with our direct client in Charlotte, NC. No third party C2C allowed. Candidates have to work directly with us on our W-2.
Description:
The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role redesigning Engineering & Operations (E&O) Sharepoint site and developing strategic communications for significant change efforts underway.
Primary responsibilities will include working with E&O stakeholders to understand and decompose the current process and systems landscape in order to build a more effective SharePoint site and impactful change communications.
The ideal candidate must be passionate about delivering results, must be an innovative and strategic thinker, willing to challenge status quo, can learn quickly, is self-motivated, detail oriented, and can sift through voluminous amounts of information to pinpoint which items are relevant for inclusion in the future state solution.
SharePoint Design skills are required, as is the ability to craft meaningful messages that express complex concepts in plain English in an engaging format.
The Business Analyst will be part of a new team, tasked with driving changes to existing processes and improving the overall organizational effectiveness of the division through resource capacity management, communications and adoption planning.
The role will require impeccable organizational, time management, and communication skills, and must work well in a matrix organization.
