Job Description :
Minimum 5 years in Providing Agile Scrum Master responsibilities including project tracking and end to end project facilitation. Knowledge of agile development projects.
Hands experience working on Microsoft office skills. Experience working on JIRA/Confluence/Clarity or other job/resource tracking tools helpful.
Ability to Negotiate, influence and collaborate to build successful relationships.
Minimum 5 years of business system analysis experience, business systems design experience or a combination of both.
Minimum 5 Years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements.
Minimum 7 years of experience leading the requirement design process with both technical and business partners.
Knowledge and understanding of global financing services, products and banking norms.
Experience working as Business Analyst in Agile projects. Certified Scrum Master.
Excellent Verbal, Written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience articulating a complex problem, design to business & technical teams. Experience capturing and documenting complex and functional requirements which may include workflows, process maps or buisness processes. Expereince working as SCRUM master and in developing Agile Process development.
