Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
· 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
· 1+ years of SQL experience
· 3+ years of working experience dealing with customers - internal or external in any capacity
· 3+ years of working experience in a large scale complex distributed environment
· High School diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor / Technical degree in any Information Technology field
· 5+ years of working experience in IT
· Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environments
· Mortgage industry experience

Knowledge and Skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills, strong abilities to interact with peers, departments outside of IT, and members of the management team
· Excellent organizational skills
· Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
· Demonstrates strong technical aptitude
· Demonstrates ability to handle concurrent responsibilities with limited supervision
· Experience with Incident, Problem and Change Management principles
· Advanced comprehensive knowledge of distributed environments
· Excellent decision making skills, ability to timely escalate, ability to overcome resistance or pushback
· Flexibility and adapts quickly to change
· Excellent ability to work in a volatile and dynamic environment with multiple and changing priorities
· Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of SDLC
· Proficiency with Personal Computers and Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft TFS, Outlook
· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
· Experience with Issue tracking and ALM tools.
· Familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture
· Familiarity with the Insurance industry.
