Job Description :
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

· Help develop, implement, & adhere to business analysis & project management processes and procedures

· Document appropriate requirements, process flows, and user stories in the product backlog for the solution desired

· Coordinate communication, training and related change management activities

· Coordinate user acceptance testing of new technology solutions

· Help facilitate lessons learned and post project review meetings

· Support Salesforce administration, configuration, and / or solution design (depending upon knowledge of the Salesforce platform) with understanding requirements and working with key stakeholders to fill in gaps/unanswered questions



Experience or Knowledge Preferred:

· Three or more years as a Business Analyst or related business experience

· Salesforce administration and configuration (certifications are a plus)

· Interfacing with technology teams

· Working in agile project management methodology, supported by tools such as JIRA and Confluence

· Requirements Elicitation and user story writing for product backlogs

· MS Office Suite as well as MS SharePoint

· Change Management (testing, user acceptance, and training) a plus

· Effective communication with executive management
