Published Description:
We are looking for a contract resource who has skills as a Business Analyst and experience working on chatbot projects. One who has been through the process of building a chatbot platform, or at least using a chatbot platform to create conversational experiences. Understanding of the core concepts around utterances, intents and entities, and who can create requirements documents, use cases, user stories, etc.
This is at least a 6 month engagement, may extend up to 12 or 18
SF is definitely preferred, but if you have a great candidate in Minneapolis or Charlotte, we’ll consider that
Focus is on chatbot experience; banking or at least other large enterprise experience is a plus
