Description

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. May require a bachelor''s degree in a related area and at least 4 years or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of Contractor staff. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

THIS IS PART TIME FOR 9 MONTHS ON SITE

The purpose of this request is to procure a Systems and Data Analyst services for ODOT Transporation Applications Development (TAD within the Information Systems Branch(ISB This position is located with the Enterprise Data Management group. : The work is in support of enterprise ODOT system databases and database models. This position interacts with ODOT IT systems project teams as well as TAD Maintenance teams to ensure data deliverables are produced with quality, and to TAD documented standards. This position interacts directly with the with TAD DBA’s (Database Administrators) to ensure data deliverables and databases are aligned during the development lifecycle, The primary tasks the contractor will perform, but not limited to are listed as follows:
Software requirements peer review(s)
Business Requirements review
Data Model creation and review
Data definition creation and review
Data Analyst knowledge transfer and training delivery
Data Modelling Tool admin
