Desired skills and preferred level of experience:
Requirements Documentation and Process Design Documentation in an IT environment are a must.
3 – 5 years BA or general IT management experience is needed.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or a similar system (like Remedy) is a nice to have but not essential.
Diagramming workflows related to ServiceNow Form and Workflow Enhancements will be a major part of the job.
Must be able to meet with Key Stakeholders (HR, Facilities, IT Infrastructure, Security, etc…) to outline release schedules for their backlog of ServiceNow enhancements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this position.
ITIL v3 foundation certification is preferred.
