Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities:

Leads and / or manages other Business Analysts through highly complex requirements efforts. This included providing guidance, direction, feedback and coaching to BA managers ensure the team effectiveness

· Develops and executes highly complex requirement management plans throughout a project including management of changes

· Leads the BA planning effort for highly complex projects

· Conducts peer review / verification of requirements artifacts created for assigned project(s)

· Has the ability to speak in confidence with all levels of management and end users

· Has the ability to articulate the needs of the business into written documentation that provides clear and concise requirements

· Clearly articulates the difference between business and functional requirements

· Has proven leadership skills (provide examples), and has been recognized by others as having strong leadership skills

. Provided issue resolution in Lead BA role

. Strong organizational / negotiation skills





Desired Skills:

1. Has worked in a fast paced environment, escalated / date driven projects

2. Monitors industry best practices and has developed their own innovative approaches for requirements specification

3. Strong analytical skills (industry agnostic)

4. Experience in Healthcare industry

5. IIBA knowledge / participant
