Current location
· Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, preferred in area of specialty
· Requires 4-6 years of experience in Business Analysis or in a related area
· Experience in Quality Assurance and Testing
· Some Project Management Experience
· Strong meeting facilitation
· Expertise writing clear and accurate software requirements
· Demonstrate an ability to perform root cause analysis
· Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in work products
· Assist with the creation of business cases and effort estimates.
· Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners within project team and functional areas
· Ability to partner with software engineers and quality analysts to identify course of resolutions
· Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
· Able to manage concurrent high priority projects
· Good communication skills and software demonstration skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and an
aptitude for learning new technologies
· Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment maintaining agreed upon timelines while producing
extraordinary work
