Client has a critical immediate long-term need for a BA to join their BA Support COE to handle complex Commercial Property Insurance projects in an Agile environment.
Critical Success Factors
Strong Sr. BA level experience (5+ years)
Quick study, able to come up to speed in a complex fast-paced environment
Very strong communication skills
Solid Agile experience (client has Scrum Masters and Coaches)
Ability to create clear User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
Differentiators
SQL Experience preferred
Insurance Background preferred
