Job Description :
Key Responsibilities

. Partner with suppliers to lead solution discovery sessions
with stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit business and
functional requirements.

· Take ownership for business and functional requirements from
creation through solution delivery.

· Analyze current-state business processes and recommend
future-state improved business processes.

· Serve as the point of contact during Design and Development,
working through data and design questions/issues as they arise.

· Partner with Project Manager and provide input regarding
risks, schedule, scope, and cost tradeoffs.

· Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and create/manage execution
of test plans.

· Communicate business needs to the technical team and
simplify/communicate complex technical information for the business

· Translate business requirements into System Specifications and
assist with QAT and Integration Testing.

· Support the change management process through impact analysis
and cost/benefit analysis.

· Support the team with articulating data requirements and data
quality standards.

· Support training efforts.

· Lead and/or participate in special projects as requested by
the Director of CRM.

Ideal Experience

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· 3-5 years as a technical Business Analyst.

. Experience with e-commerce

· 2-3 years of CRM Experience is a must.
